Polaris Football Group LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This page explains, in plain language, what information Polaris Football Group collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we use it only to run our programs, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When a parent or guardian joins our interest list or registers a player, we collect only:
- The parent or guardian's name
- The parent or guardian's email address
- The player's age group (for example, U6–U9)
That's all. We do not collect children's email addresses, accounts, or contact details. Parents and guardians submit information — never children.
How we use it
We use this information only to communicate about Polaris programs: free clinic invitations, registration openings, schedules, session recaps, and program updates for the age group you signed up for. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share it with other businesses for their marketing.
- We never post or publish your child's information.
If a service provider (for example, an email or registration platform) processes this information on our behalf, they may do so only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep interest-list information until you ask us to remove it, or until the season you signed up for has ended and a reasonable follow-up period has passed — whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us at [email protected] and we will delete your information on request — no forms, no questions, no hard feelings. Every program email we send also includes a way to stop receiving them.
